Remove from bag, peel off adhesive strip and apply to panties for no longer than 20 minutes. Discard after use. Storage: Store at room temperature. Keep away from extreme temperatures. Do not exceed 104°F/40°C. Keep away from open flames. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
