• Room Temperature (16°C to 25°C / 60°F to 77°F): Up to 4 hours is best, up to 6 hours under very clean conditions
• Refrigerator (4°C / 39°F or colder): Up to 3 days is best, up to 5 days under very clean conditions
• Freezer (-18°C / 0°F or colder): Up to 6 months is best, up to 9 months under very clean conditions
• Previously Frozen Milk Thawed in Refrigerator: Up to 2 hours at room temperature, up to 24 hours in the refrigerator
• Do not refreeze thawed breast milk
