• Room Temperature (16 °C to 25 °C / 60 °F to 77 °F): up to 4 hours (best), up to 6 hours under very clean conditions
• Refrigerator (4 °C / 39 °F or colder): up to 3 days (best), up to 5 days under very clean conditions
• Freezer (-18 °C / 0 °F or colder): up to 6 months (best), up to 9 months under very clean conditions
• Previously frozen breast milk thawed in the refrigerator: up to 24 hours
• Do not refreeze thawed breast milk
• Up to 2 hours at room temperature for thawed milk
