What are Registry Services? 

Registry services allow you to meet our registry consultants and have a good shopping experience with your family. Our registry consultants will help you with recommendations on the high-quality product. You can book an appointment by calling (416) 531-7188.  

How do I Create my Registry?

  • Go to Macklem’s.com and click on ‘Registry.’
  • Select “Create Registry
  • Suppose you do not have Macklem’s registry account. Sign up by entering your name, email, phone number, and password. 
  • You will shortly get an email for confirmation from Macklem’s.
  • If you are already a member of Macklem’s registry, sign in and choose registry.
  • Once you create your account, go to the choose registry option.
  • Enter all the information required.
  • Once your registry is created, you can add your items to the cart.

 

What is the Difference between Private and Public Registries?

The private registry is only visible to you by entering your email and password. But the public registry can viewed by everyone on Macklem’s page. 

How can I keep my Registry Private?

You can switch off the sharing option if you want others to see your registry. You can also keep it private. But if you convert your registry from private to public, click the edit option and change it. Simple!

How do I Sign in my Registry?

  • Click on the ‘Registry’ option.
  • Click on ‘Manage the registry’,
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Click on the sign-in option.

 

How can I make a Registry Online?

In a private registry, you cannot seen online.

Log in to your registry account using your email and address. Click on Edit and make your registry public. Your registry will become online.

How do I add my Baby Products to the Registry?

  • After logging in to the account, scroll the Macklem’s website. 
  • Click on the product and quantity.
  • Click on the option “Add to registry.”
  • Product added to your registry.

 

Are the Same Products Available in-store and on the Website?

All the products are not available on the website. Some sensitive products like furniture and decor are available only in the store. If you add any product to your registry, it is written there that it is only available in the store. 

How do I make Changes to my Registry?

  • Click on the registry page.
  • Click on ‘Manage the registry’,
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Then click on the ‘Edit’ option.

 

Can I Share my Registry with my Friends and Family?

You can share your registry by sending them the URL or registry number. 

I Received a Package, but I had not Ordered it. What Would be the Next Step?

I have yet to order from your registry if you received a package. Contact our customer care team immediately. 

If Someone Else Ordered from my Registry, What Would Happen?

You will get a notification in your email on the purchase. You can track down the order if it is ordered online.

How can I Return a Registry Gift?

You can return the registry within 90 days of purchase. A gift registry and proof is required for the return.

How do I Return my Duplicate Purchase?

If you purchase some product from the registry, it happens. You can return it according to our policy. You can return the registry within 90 days of purchase. A gift registry and proof is required for the return.

How do I Delete from my Registry?

  • Click on the registry page.
  • Click on ‘Manage the registry’,
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Then click on the ‘Delete’ option.

 

How much time is Required to Deliver Pre-Ordered Items?

You can order pre-order products from the registry. We will ship your registry as soon as possible to your doorstep.

How do I get a Discount on the Completion of the Registry?

Contact us at (416) 531-7188 to get your discount after completing your registry online. Tell us your registry number and purchasing item; our customer representative will help.

How can I Find my Registry?

  • Click on the registry page.
  • Click on Find the registry’,
  • Enter your first name and second name.
  • Then click on the ‘Find’ option.

 

How do I Purchase my Registry?

  • Select the registry you want to purchase
  • Select the quantity 
  • Click on the “Add to Cart” option.

 

Where do I Find Information about the Product?

  • To get the information related to the product, click on the product name.
  • The details will appear.
  • Add it to the cart if you want to purchase it.

 

At which Location can I Deliver my Package?

It is your call. You can select the ‘ship to the recipient address.’ If you want to deliver it to your address, carefully write your address as a billing address. 

How can I add a Personal Message if I Forget to add a Personal Message?

You can email us at sales@macklems.com.  We will try our best to include it in your delivery. Nothing would be in our hands if the product is already shipped.

How do you Resolve the Wrong Address Issue?

Email us at sales@macklems.com as soon as possible. We will update your delivery address. Nothing would be in our hands if the product is already shipped.

How do you Buy the Products that are not Available Online?

Some are not available online—no need to worry about that. You can call us at (416) 531-7188 to place your order. Some orders are out of stock; you can order them online once they arrive.

When Will Pre-Order Products be Received?

We assure you that your pre-order products will be shipped once they get in stock.

Can the Customer be Notified of Purchasing Online?

When you purchase something from Macklem’s online store, a purchasing email will be sent to your registered email address. You can check it in your email.

How can I Surprise the Registrant with the Gift?
